TMail Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your TMail account and data. TMail is a business email service by TechBoiL. Mailboxes are created by your company’s email administrator, not in the app.

Delete data from your phone

In the TMail app, open Settings, choose your account and tap Remove account, or uninstall the app. This removes your sign-in details and all emails stored on the phone. Your mailbox on the server is not affected.

Delete your mailbox and server data

1. Ask your company’s email administrator to delete your mailbox. Administrators can do this at any time from the TMail admin panel.
2. Or email contact@techboil.com from your TMail address with the subject “Delete my TMail account”. We confirm the request with your company’s administrator, because the mailbox belongs to the company.

What is deleted, and when

• Your mailbox, all its emails, folders and attachments, and your sign-in details are deleted from the server.
• Deletion is done within 30 days of a confirmed request.
• Server logs used for security and delivery (such as sign-in and sending records) are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, then deleted.
