2. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in a pause of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables of their project. TechBoiL retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechBoiL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Website Use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.

7. Changes to Terms
